Circumstances don’t define you.
It’s the disempowering meaning that you subscribe to them that takes your power away.
This understanding has allowed me to process the duality of life.
Everything has a lesson.
In each moment, the potential for a setback or a setup.
For victory or victimhood.
Recently I’ve been having conversations about my past. Talking about a life that almost doesn’t even seem like it’s this lifetime anymore.
The completely different person that I used to be: chronically depressed, negative, frustrated & angry.
So much has changed because I continue to change. Always seeking progress. Releasing the perfectionist.
I’ve been witnessing my growth lately as the universe has sent me many versions of my past selves.
Can you walk through a disempowering moment & come out telling an empowering story?
That is the true magic.
Knowing that life isn’t meant to always be this shiny trophy that sits on a shelf.
To live is to feel.
To go through highs & lows.
The mess & the magic.
I’m here for it all.
Because it’s teaching me how to embody a new frequency.
It’s helping me to grow into the women I’m becoming.
And I am better & stronger because of it.
