As of October 2, 2020, Alexa Smith (LICENSEE) has been granted permission by the copyright owner, Christopher Collins of Chris Collins Creative LLC (LICENSOR), to use the purchased musical recordings (listed above) according to the royalty-free terms outlined hereafter.
The music may be used in the background of original creations and projects by the LICENSEE (such as films, podcasts, guided meditations, narrated recordings/videos, etc.). The LICENSEE may sell, distribute, and monetize their original creation which uses the the music in the background. The LICENSEE's original creation must be distinctly different from the original music by the LICENSOR. For example, extended or altered versions of the music are prohibited. The LICENSEE is not permitted to sell, share, stream, or distribute the music to others in any way. This is includes the streaming of the music alone, which is not permitted (such as in a mobile app, website, or other online channel).
